Payments

Can I use the app without internet?
Yes. Zirel POS works fully offline. All data is stored locally on your device. Internet is only needed for account login, syncing, and subscription management.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
No. The app works fully on the free plan with all core features. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) add cloud sync, and more. All local features like checkout, printing, backup, and staff management are available for free.
Does Zirel POS work on phones, tablets, and desktops?
Yes. The app is optimized for phones, tablets, and desktops with a responsive layout that adapts to any screen size. You can also adjust the UI Scale in More > Theme & Display if the interface feels too small or too large.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes, with paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business). Register devices in More > Manage Devices and share the device code with your staff. Data is synced across devices via the cloud automatically. Multi-device support requires an active paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business).
Does the app support multiple locations or stores?
Multi-location support is not available yet, but it is planned for a future update. Currently, the app operates under a single business with one location. Stay tuned for updates.
Can I export my sales data?
Yes. Go to More > Reports, select a date range, and tap the export button to save your sales data as an Excel file. Shift history can also be exported.
Does the app support printing in Chinese, Japanese, or other languages?
Yes. Zirel POS uses text rasterization to render receipts as images before printing. This means all characters are supported, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Thai, and any other language, regardless of your printer's built-in character set.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with third parties. Local backups are encrypted. Subscribers on paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) have cloud sync with secure authentication. Staff access is controlled through PIN login and granular permissions.
