Sell from your catalog in Items mode, or key in a custom amount for a quick sale. Scan barcodes with the camera or a scanner, add notes, and save a cart to finish later.

Record cash, card, QR, transfer, and other payment methods, mix several on one sale, or split the bill equally, by amount, or by items. Apply discounts automatically, and absorb card fees (MDR) or pass them to the customer.

Finish a sale on credit or leave it unpaid when the customer pays later. The balance is added to the customer debt, where you can print it, share it, and record payments.

One printer handles receipts, kitchen tickets, shift settlements, and debt notes, over USB, Bluetooth, or network. Receipts can include your logo and print in any language, or be shared as an image.

Take orders and record sales with no internet. Sales stay on the device, and on paid plans they sync to the cloud when you reconnect.

See the stock of any item at each location, with low stock flagged. Record numbered adjustments with a reason, and review the stock history of each item.

Send stock to another location as a numbered transfer. The receiving store records what arrived, including any shortfall.

Import and export your catalog with Excel, with a preview before anything changes. Select many items at once to print labels, change availability, set taxes, or adjust stock.

Print price and barcode labels as a PDF on a regular printer, in three sizes, with Code 128, QR, EAN, UPC, and more. Scan them at checkout with the camera or a USB or Bluetooth scanner.

Require a manager or owner PIN for stock adjustments, stock takes, and transfers, require notes, and use blind counts so staff record what is on the shelf.

Save phone, address, photo, notes, and group for each customer, and find them at checkout by name or phone. Each profile shows its points and debt history.

Customers earn points on what they spend and redeem them at checkout once they reach your minimum. Voids and refunds take earned points back.

Create groups such as VIP or Wholesale and limit discounts to them. Automatic discounts apply as soon as a customer from the group is added to the sale.

Let customers buy on credit and track what they owe. On Pro and Business, new customers can verify their phone number with a one-time SMS code, with 100 or 500 checks a month.

When an order is closed without full payment, the rest is recorded as customer debt so the guest can pay later.

Print or share a summary of what a customer owes, the same way you share a receipt.

Start from ready-made roles such as Manager, Cashier, Waitress, Kitchen, and Warehouse, or create your own. Choose what each role can do, and require a manager PIN for voids, refunds, payment edits, and stock changes.

Staff sign in with a 6-digit PIN and switch users quickly on a shared tablet. You can require a PIN each time the app opens, and extra devices connect with a device code instead of the owner login.

On paid plans, a tablet by the door becomes a kiosk where staff clock in and out with their PIN. Work schedules flag late arrivals, early leaves, and overtime, and timesheets export to Excel.

Open the drawer with a counted amount. At the end of the shift, enter what you have for each payment method, and any difference from the expected total needs a note.

On paid plans, lock a device to POS, Orders, Handheld, Inventory, Attendance, or Dashboard mode, and choose which staff can sign in on it.

Several staff can share one tablet by switching with their PIN. Each sale is recorded under the person who made it.

Free and Starter include one location, Pro two, and Business five, with custom plans for more. Each location has its own address, contact details, and logo for receipts, and shares the same catalog.

On paid plans, switch a device between POS, Orders, Handheld, Inventory, Attendance, and Dashboard modes. The Free plan uses POS mode.

Save checkout, receipt, stock, and other settings as a profile and assign it to one or more locations. A new location can start from an existing profile.

Every location can sell offline. On Starter and above, devices sync sales, stock, and settings through the cloud. Every plan can back up to the device or Google Drive.

Items are shared across the business, while stock and availability are set per location.

If a paid plan expires, all locations keep working for 7 days. After that you choose one location to keep using, and the others stay saved until you renew.

The cash drawer and each payment method get an account automatically. Add your own, such as petty cash, and turn on balance tracking where you want to check for differences.

Record expenses with a category, payee, reference, and receipt photo. You can make the photo required, and have staff expenses wait for a manager to approve them.

At the end of a shift, compare expected and counted amounts for each payment method. The settlement shows the total, card fees (MDR), and the amount settled.

See cash differences by staff and location, and cash in, expenses, and net movement for every location from the Dashboard.

Require approval and receipt photos for expenses, allow expenses only during a shift, and lock them after the shift closes. Adjusting a balance needs its own permission.

For payment methods that charge a fee, see the total, the fee, and the amount you receive side by side, so the end-of-day numbers match your bank.

Choose today, this week, this month, the last 28 days, or any date range to see sales, transactions, profit, and margin, compared with the previous period.

Break sales down by payment method, item, category, cashier, assigned staff, and customer, and see your busiest hours on a heatmap.

Dashboard mode combines every location, so owners and managers can see the whole business from any device.

Export sales, transactions, orders, payments, shifts, cash accounts, and attendance to Excel for your bookkeeping or accountant.

The Dashboard opens with a short summary from Zirel AI, and AI Analyze on Reports goes into more detail. This needs a paid plan, an internet connection, business data access turned on by the owner, and permission to view reports.
