This permanently removes your business and everything in it. Only the business owner can do this.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recovery.
What gets deleted
- • Your business and all locations
- • Items, customers, taxes, discounts, units
- • Transactions, orders, shifts, reports
- • Staff accounts and roles
- • Uploaded images and receipts
- • Active subscription (cancelled)
What is retained
- • A hashed audit record (no email, no PII)
- • Anonymized support feedback you sent us
- • Records required by Indonesian tax law (UU KUP)
Owner only
Only the business owner can delete the account. Staff and managers cannot. If you are staff, contact your business owner.
